What's difference between HUB and USB HUB?

Our factory have been produced USB HUB for about 10 years. During the 10 years, we experienced USB HUB changing, from USB1.1 to USB 3.1, from USB Type-A interface to USB Type-C interface, of course we make many kinds of USB HUB.
